Nikkin Construction was started in 2001 with the motto, "Anything a boy can do, we can do better!"  Our goal was to have a company that home buyers could trust to build their home with the same care and concern as one would build their own.

Owner, Nicole Bird, has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and is personally on-site at your house and overseeing every aspect of the construction process.  Nikkin Construction uses quality materials and subcontractors while keeping the budget in check and communicating with you throughout the entire process.

They use the latest technologies available to build and manage each home and they desire is to make your home building experience the most enjoyable and rewarding it can be.

Nikkin Construction is here to help you from the beginning of choosing your lot and designing your plans until your house is complete. They are also there for you after you move in to help in any way they can, as you settle into your new surroundings.

We are members of the Middle Tennessee Home Builders Association, Better Business Bureau, and the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, we sponsor Middle Tennessee State University and provide community work for Breast Cancer awareness.
